"MIRACLE OF THE TRIPLETS"

In this drawing the central group of figures are borrowed from Michelangelo's "The Fall And Expulsion" and "Last Judgment". The central group is flanked on the left corner by a group of figures appropriated from Reuben's "Miracle Of St. Ignatius", where one of the figures has his tongue sticking out. The artist used this image as a reference to the "speaking in tongues" which also occurs at Holiness churches. The "Triplets", once located, bear a slight resemblance to Jackson Pollock.
